Jennifer McPadden grew up in the restaurant business on the East End of Long Island. Her family moved there in 1971.Her first job was at Silvers Restaurant in Southampton. She has worked at many establishments on the east end of Long Island and in 1994 Co- Founded Belles Cafe in Westhampton.
She eventually opened Belles East Restaurant in Southampton and Jennybelles’ on Dune road in Hampton Bays. In 2008 she decided to switch gears and became a Private Chef.
She is currently with a few different families, all with dietary restrictions, becoming well versed in making delicious foods for any dietary request. She has been making her Organic, GF and Vegan Granola for her Families for several years and with their encouragement has launched her Company, Mothercruncher Granola in 2023.
